Float and Sink

Moving on with our central idea-Water. Kids were made aware of various concepts like float and sink,soluble and insoluble etc.
An activity was conducted in the class where various items were put in the water to explain to them- Why things float or sink in water?

Little champs displayed their work;that they had done this year, to their parents,in the form of portfolio.

Kids showed a lot of enthusiasm in sharing their work theme wise.

A guest lecture was conducted for the students,where various terms such as Evaporation, Condensation and precipitation were explained to the students.

Vasant Panchami

Vasant Panchami is a famous festival that marks the end of the winter season and ushers in the springtime. Sarasvati is the Hindu goddess of the Vasant Panchami festival. Young girls wear bright yellow dresses and participate in the festivities. The color yellow holds a special meaning for this celebration as it signifies the brilliance of nature and the vibrancy of life. The whole place bursts with yellow during the festival.
Our little champs wore yellow clothes and brought yellow dishes on this auspicious day.

 total number of balls put in the box= total bangs by the scale

ROLE PLAY AS A SOURCE OF WATER

Kids were assigned one source of water,of which they had to do drawing on a sheet and then later on speak about that source of water one by one in the sequence.
